Step 02
Tour the neighborhood with David
Come walk the land, see the homes, and experience the vision firsthand. You’ll explore floor plans, lot options, and price points to start picturing what life here could feel like.
Step 03
Interview & select your builder
Our builders guild includes only vetted and trusted builders with a range of specialties. David will walk you through your options to select the builder who fits your goals and personality. You’re welcome to meet with multiple builders so that you feel fully confident.
Step 04
Choose your home plan & select custom options
Sit down with your builder to view home plans, available lots, and personalizations that fit your vision and budget. Explore options with your builder to design the perfect home for your lifestyle.
Step 05
Finalize details, secure financing, & sign contract
Once you’ve made your selections and financing is in place, you’ll finalize the contract with your builder. From here, their proven processes take the lead while you enjoy watching it all come together.

Start your build & enjoy the experience
Your builder handles the details, keeps you informed, and delivers the quality you expect. All of our builders share a commitment to communication and making the process smooth from start to finish.
